Home Groomers is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Cleaner to join its South Auckland team. The role involves cleaning and preparing newly built homes for builders and building companies, helping ensure each property is presented to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean newly constructed homes to a high standard.
- Assist with the cleaning and presentation of properties.
- Ensure assigned homes are clean, tidy, and ready for presentation.
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Travel to different locations across the greater Auckland region.
- Follow appropriate cleaning and workplace safety procedures.
- Work positively with team members, builders, and building companies.
Requirements
- Full and current New Zealand driver’s licence.
- Own reliable vehicle.
- Reliable and responsible approach to work.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn new cleaning skills.
- Ability to work across different Auckland locations.
- Good attention to detail and pride in completed work.
Schedule
The position offers up to approximately 15 hours per week. Work is generally scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work possible.
Work Environment
This is an active cleaning role involving work in newly built homes. The position is suitable for someone who enjoys physical work, staying active, and seeing the finished results of their efforts.
