A household or private facility in Makati, Philippines is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Stay-In Housekeeping Staff member. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with housekeeping or cleaning experience who are responsible, trustworthy, and comfortable living on-site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the property, handling laundry, managing cleaning supplies, reporting maintenance concerns, and providing general household support. The role may also include meal preparation or serving when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, and common areas.
- Clean and organize designated household or facility spaces.
- Handle laundry duties including washing, ironing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens.
- Maintain proper inventory of cleaning supplies and household essentials.
- Monitor household supplies and report when items need to be replenished.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or other concerns to management promptly.
- Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and cleanliness procedures.
- Assist with meal preparation or serving when required.
- Provide friendly and professional support to household members or guests.
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality while working on the property.
- Keep personal and household areas organized and well-maintained.
- Remain available for urgent cleaning or household needs when required.
- Perform other housekeeping and household support duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
