Position Summary

The Shuttle Bus Driver will support daily operations by transporting students safely and efficiently between designated locations. The role requires strong driving skills, attention to safety, punctuality, and the ability to interact professionally with passengers and team members.

Daily Tasks and Duties

  • Operate company-owned shuttle buses safely and efficiently.
  • Transport students according to the established daily schedule.
  • Maintain a safe and orderly environment inside the shuttle bus.

Skills, Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Valid and clean Class B Driver’s License required.
  • Current and valid DOT medical card required.
  • Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is preferred.
  • Strong driving and safety awareness.
  • Good time management and punctuality.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and listening communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
